Hazelnut production is a deep-rooted tradition in Giresun, and GİNUT Naturally Better Giresun Origin draws on the experience that tradition has built up in its work as a producer and exporter.
Everything begins with the choice of nut. We buy selected Giresun hazelnuts with care and take them through sorting, grading, roasting, processing and packaging. Two concerns run through each of those steps: maintaining the quality of the product, and making sure the hazelnut keeps its natural aroma and characteristic taste.
Through the Ginut brand, Özkaya Gıda supplies a broad selection of products to customers within Türkiye as well as through export channels. The aim is to pair traditional hazelnut know-how with a modern outlook on manufacturing and quality.
